Rolfing made it possible to become the athlete I am today. I have been an endurance athlete for 8 years. After my first marathon, I injured my left IT band. I went to standard PT and started running again, without being aware of it, that injury stayed with me for the next 4 marathons. On my 5th marathon, my left side including hip, quad, hamstring, and IT band, completely broke down. I almost had to drop out. In the following months, I thought I was never going to do an endurance sport again. This year, after knowing and working with Rachel for a year, I competed in National Championships for Olympic Triathlons. Without rolfing, I wouldn't be where I am or competing like I am.
